Benguela: Government wants to improve teacher's recruiting method
Benguela - The provincial government of the coastal Benguela province will improve the ways of recruiting the new teachers, taking into account their crucial role for society.

The assurance came from the deputy governor for the political and social sector, Laurinda Baca.
Addressing a ceremony ahead of the World Teacher's Day, the official considred Thursday the teaching as a primary profession of society, adding that not everyone was born to perform it.
The official stressed the need of the teacher to give more to others in order to awaken toward the world around them.
Laurinda Baca said that teachers are not only a means to implement education goals, but are the key to sustainability and national capacity to achieve learning and create societies based on the knowledge, values and ethics.
The official also announced that the provincial government will ensure that teachers and educators get better professional training for their qualification.
To her, the World Teacher's Day is aimed to honour all those who contributed to the teaching and education of society mainly to those who left their homelands on behalf of education.
