Cuito administration plans to upgrade over 20 schools in 2019
Cuito - More than 20 schools in the city of Cuito (Bié) will be upgraded and equipped in 2019, in order to confer greater dignity to the students, said Thursday the deputy administrator for the Technical and Infrastructure area, Adilson Watunga.

These are schools located in the neighborhoods Feminina, Catemo, Cambulucuto, Chissindo, Njele, Military, Popular, San José, Cantíflas, among others.
The official who spoke to Angop during the Educator's Day (November 22), stressed that the municipal administration of Cuito in partnership with churches and non-governmental organizations is aimed at building and upgrading schools in the communes of Trumba, Cunje, Chicala, Cambandua.
Challenges for the year 2019 include strengthening security in school institutions through the hiring of security companies.
According to the official, the action will count on the partaking of parents and guardians, in the denunciation of acts of vandalism and the awareness of the children about the public patrimony.
