During the 2018 academic year, the Provincial Delegation of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights registered 187,000 children aged 5 to 11 years old who went to schools without identification.

The head of the sector, Guilherme Baptista, who spoke to Angop, in the balance of the activities carried out in 2018, reported that he had received guidelines for the beginning of registration in schools, in order to avoid complications in the subsequent classes, only missing the reception of the material for the implementation of the project.

For Guilherme Baptista, the problem is old one, but in the last two years have been high index, aggravated by the fact that the material for this purpose came to have the only source in the capital of the country, in order to avoid falsification, increasing delays in the execution of tasks.
