Speaking in the act that marked the award of diplomas to the new graduates of the Universidad Onze de Novembro (UON), Alberto Paca defended that not only should be lived from employability, but rather stimulate entrepreneurship as one of the means to create wealth and socio-economic well-being of the country and the province in particular.

He emphasized that there is a joint work between the university and the government to create conditions to open more courses with those that complement and fit the nature of the potential of the province in order to absorb the students of high school and pre-university who have no correspondence at the level of the local public higher education subsystem.

In his turn, UON's rector, João Fernando Manuel, asked the competent authorities to speed up the construction of the Caio University Campus with a view to hosting more than 2,000 new students for the next academic year.
