Academic calls on health students to provide humanised services
Luanda - The Dean of the Health Sciences Faculty of the Private University of Angola (UPRA), Antónia Costantino, last Wednesday in Luanda called on the institution’s students to instil in their minds the need to provide humanised and professional medical services.

The academic made this appeal when delivering a lecture on “Ethics and Deontology in health work and Hepatitis Bin the world, Africa and Angola”, stressing that health workers must adopt a friendly and cordial attitude towards patients.
She went on to stress that health technicians must use ethics and professional deontology as a daily tool, so as to improve the service provided by medical institutions.
According to Antónia Constantino, there can be no quality work in the health sector if there is no ethics and professional deontology.
