With the Curricular Policy Law, the Executive seeks mechanisms to help develop skills and exploit students' knowledge and value.

According to the director general of the National Institute for Research and Development of Education (INIDE), Manuel Afonso, the document improves the design of curriculum development and evaluation with assumptions that promote and ensure the feasibility of an inclusive and quality education in the  context that characterize the Angolan reality.

"The curriculum is unique at the national level and needed to have a guiding document so that teachers can be in tune with the guidelines and preparation of classes," he said.

The curriculum is the core of the teaching and learning process, so the curriculum policy proposal is one of the ways to regulate the Basic Law on the Teaching System.

In this instrument we will find the learning theory that will serve as a compass, he stressed.

Minister Cândida Teixeira considered the proposal a pedagogical and didactic tool for the reconstruction of the education paradigm, with the most up-to-date pedagogical theory.
