The new General Education Subsystem, which was subject of discussion on May 29 by the Cabinet Council, establishes that the specifics of the assistance are to be determined by the Ministry of Education through a legal tool.

In the current teaching system teachers of the 5th and 6th grades lecture all the subjects.

Primary Education is the core of the General Education System, whose successful conclusion is essential to progress to secondary education.

The new legal tool establishes that schools of the subsystem of the General Education forum need to develop supportive measures to education every time they recognize  accentuated poor learning by the pupils and also when the accomplishment of the school syllabus turns out to be flawed.
