Communication companies' licensing forms available
Luanda - The Ministry of Social Communication has announced that the forms and documents required for registration and licensing of media and publicity companies are available to citizens at its Portal (www.mcs.gov.ao), as from Saturday.

In September 2018, electronic journalists were invited to regularise their registration with that government department, through the National Department of Information (DNI), located in the Administrative Complex "Clássicos de Talatona", in Luanda.
In a statement, the Media Ministry referred to the emergence of information and communication outlets, without, meanwhile, getting registered in accordance with article 69 of the Press Law.
The licensing of the activity linked to broadcasting and television, advertising and online media are some of the attributions by the institution, as well as the structuring of the guidelines, norms and standards of the institutional communication of the State.
The source recalled that in the period between October 2017 and December 31, 2018, the sector licensed seven new radio stations, in modeled frequency.
It also quoted eight other applications as being in the final phase of technical and administrative treatment, in order to allocate the respective frequencies.
They are “Kizomba”, “Super FM”, “Mocidade”, “Alfa”, “Maria”, “Platina Line”, all in located in Luanda, and “ISPI”, in Huíla.
