C4 Pedro among top AFRIMMA’s nominees
Luanda - Musician C4 Pedro is the top Angolan nominee of the Africa Musik Magazine Awards (AFRIMMA)’s six categories that include Best Central Africa, Best of the Year, Best Video of the Year, Best Lusophone, Best Collaboration and Best Participation.

The information was released to Angop by a source from the organisation that says the list includes Angolan Nsoki (female) who comes in three categories like Revelation, Best Central Africa and Best Lusophone.
Ary (female) comes in the category of Best Central Africa and Best Lusophone, while Força Suprema ranks as Best Africa Group.
The Best Lusophone also lists Anselmo Ralph and Yola Semedo.
Other nominations include Preto Show as Revelation, whereas Paulo Alves comes as Best DJ, Manuel Canza Laurenzo (Best Dancer), and Prodígio (Best Rapper).
According to the source, the above Angolan artists will compete with such African colleagues like Mi Casa, Zahara Black Coffee (South Africa), Fally Ipupa (DRC), David Maleek Berry (Nigeria) and others.
AFRIMMA emerged three years ago, focusing on rewarding, valorising and expanding the African music in the diaspora.
