According to the minister, who was speaking to ANGOP and the National Radio of Angola (RNA), in review of the year 2017,  the Ministry of Culture intends to strengthen the process
of training young people enrolled in art schools,  teaching them  practical and theoretical knowledge that lead them to  get  into the labour market in the country and contribute to the
valorization, preservation and dissemination of the Angolan culture.

According to the minister, the Art School Complex (CEARTE), since its opening, has fulfilled this important role, but it is necessary that the institution's values be taken into
account, so that it can, in fact, train specialists in the most varied artistic areas.
