Official urges carnival groups to organize themselves into associations
Luanda - The Secretary of State for Culture, João Constantino, expressed this Sunday the desire to see the carnival groups organized into associations, with the purpose of generating their own funds.

The official, who was speaking to Angop on the sideline of the B - category parade, said that the implementation of this policy could relieve the State of this sort of expenses.
He looks forward to seeing the participation of the five carnival groups from the other provinces of the country in the main parade on Tuesday.
