Jovens do Prenda and Kiezos to perform at "Musongué"

Luanda - Jovens do Prenda and Kiezos music bands are expected to open on February 25, the annual Musongué da Tradição live concert promoted by the Kilamba Recreative Cultural Center.

Dedicated to the band “os Bongos” the first event will count on the participations of singers such as Cristo, Tony do Fumo Filho, and Botto Trindade, Zeca Moreno and  Zeca Tirileni as guest artists.

Speaking to Angop on Monday, the Kilamba Cultural Center manager, Estêvão Costa, said the programme is totally dedicated to the spreading and promotion of the Angolan music made in the 60s and 70s.

Both  Jovens do Prenda and the Kiezos band has recorded several hits that marked the 70s and 80s.

Muzongué da Tradição is programme started in February 2007 for the promotion and

spreading of the Angolan songs produced in the 60, 70s and 80s.
