Fire fighters ready for Carnival

Luanda - The National Fire Brigade and Civil Protection Service (SNBPC) set up on Friday, posts on the seafront, in the island of Cape (Ingombota), Ramiros, Musseu da Escravatura (Belas), Cacucao, Mussulo and Por- do-Sol (Talatona) and in places of parties where there is a great concentration of people.

Firefighters will be provided with various means such as lifeboats, jet skis, fire fighting vehicles, rescue, ambulance transport and on-site service.

Due to the great concentration of city dwellers, most of the men and means will be deployed in the New Marginal, Island of Luanda and the Mussulo.

Fire extinguishers, prehospital care, speedboats and an increase in life-saving divers are also available.
