Angolan Eva Rap Diva joins Afrimma's nominees list
Luanda - Angolan singer Eva Rap Diva is the country?s sole female artist named to the African Muzik Magazine Awards (Afrimma), according to the list released Wednesday.

The singer competes in the category of Best Female Artist of Central Africa, along with nine other candidates from Gabon, Cape Verde, Mozambique, Cameroon and Guinea-Bissau.
Eva Rap Diva is one of the new renowned musicians in the Angolan hip-hop market.
In addition to Rap Diva, other artists competing for Angola, in the category of Best Male Artist of Central Africa, include Preto Show, Matias Damásio, Anselmo Ralph and C4 Pedro.
In 2017 edition, Angola was represented by C4 Pedro, who was named Best Central African Male Artist, Best Lusophone Artist and Best Cross-Border Artist.
Another Angolan singer was Nsoki the Best Central African Female Artist.
The Angolan representative of the organisation, Nilsa Lima, told Angop Thursday that the awards gala covers the Africans who stood out in the international music market in 2019.
