This is contained in a press release reached ANGOP Wednesday, stating that the Bill is intended to rank the tasks and power in order to avoid the usurpation and overlap of authority.

The move is also meant to define the role and character of possible associations that may represent traditional authorities, in speaking and acting as State interlocutors.

The Executive expressed its availability to reinforce cooperation between the State and the traditional authorities.

The note quoted the existing relationship between the tradition authorities and the communities.

The relationship could contribute to the maintenance of peace, social harmony, cohesion, unity and pacification of the spirits, as well as in the actions related to planning and urbanisation for the promotion of health.

The event serves to promote broad reflection and collect contributions that define and regulate the administrative duties and competencies that ensure rational, effective and efficient administrative action.
