Luanda, 06/30 - Angolan President José Eduardo dos Santos on Monday dismissed commissioner Alfredo Eduardo Manuel Mingas "Panda" from the post of second General-Commander for protection and intervention of the National Police.
According to a note from the Presidency Support Services distributed in Luanda, on Monday, the Angolan Head of State appointed the sub-commissioners Joaquim Vieira Ribeiro and António Vicente Gimbe to the posts of Police Commanders for the provinces of Luanda and Lunda Sul, respectively.
