New Constitution enters into force

Luanda– The new Constitution of Angola, which was promulgated last Friday by the Head of state, José Eduardo dos Santos, has entered into force with its publication in the State Gazette.
The Constitution has been published in the state gazette number 23 of 5 February, First Series and it costs for each cover AKZ 360.
According to the CEO of the Angolan National Printing Company, Assunção Barros, the Fundamental Text of Angola will also be published in a book and it will simultaneously be sold with the State Gazette in which it comes.
The CEO said that the Constitution was immediately published after its promulgation by the Angolan President and it will be available for the public as from this Saturday.
