Angolan ambassador presents credentials to diplomatic body in Egypt

Cairo – The Angolan ambassador to Egypt, Toni Fernandes, officially introduced himself on Tuesday to the diplomatic body accredited in that country, after presenting his credentials to the acting Egyptian President, Mohamed Hussain Tantawi.
During an official ceremony witnessed by 25 diplomats, Tony Fernandes expressed his availability in strengthening the relations with other diplomatic missions.
On Monday, the Angolan diplomat said he has committed to the reinforcement of cooperation in the sectors of oil and mining industries.
António da Costa Fernandes will also represent the country in Syria, Iran, Oman, Libya, Jordania and Bahrein.
