Luanda, - Matters relating to bilateral cooperation, predominantly to the commercial sector, topped the talks President Jose Eduardo dos Santos held with Uruguayan Foreign Minister Luis Almagro Lemes, during an audience Wednesday in Luanda within the framework of his visit to the country.
