MPLA attends Socialist International meeting
Luanda - The secretary general of the ruling MPLA, Julião Mateus Paulo "Dino Matrosse", participates from today, Thursday, at the headquarters of the United Nations in New York (United States), at the annual meeting of the Presidium of the International socialist (IS) and of the heads of State and Government of this worldwide family policy.

Secretary-general of MPLA, Julião Mateus Paulo Dino Matross
According to a press release from the Department of Information and Propaganda (DIP) of the MPLA Central Committee, made available, Thursday, to ANGOP, Dino Matrosse leads a delegation of his party to the meeting.
The session is held at the time of the 69th Session of the UN General Assembly and includes two themes, namely "the contribution of IS to peace and international security and current conflicts" and "IS on the agenda of equality in the global economy."
The ruling MPLA, in the person of its Secretary General holds the position of vice-president of the Socialist International, which is a supranational organization that seeks the dissemination and implementation of democratic socialism, through the union of social democratic, socialist political parties and labor.
