The official said so at the presentation ceremony to members, militants, friends and supporters of MPLA, the governance programme of the ruling party for the period 2017/2022 and its electoral manifesto.
He said that with the establishment of local authorities, the administration will be closer to the citizen, which will facilitate the perception of their needs and aspirations.
According to him, this model of elections will contribute to an increase in the quality of life and well-being of Angolans.
He emphasized the importance that the balanced development in the national territory generates the economic and social inclusion in the country.
As part of the 2017-2022 government programme, he said that particular attention will be paid to families, churches and civil society organizations.
The priorities of the MPLA government are based on four strategic axes, namely "Angola's inclusion, progress and opportunities, Angola's democratic and socially fair, Angola's modern governance, competent and transparent governance, sovereign security and international prominence".
