This was expressed Saturday in Mbanza Congo, northern Zaire province, by Filomeno Vieira Lopes, member of the presidential council of Bloco de Mocratico, an opposition party that joined CASA-CE recently.

He stressed that technical and professional training easily secures jobs for young people seeking higher education degrees.

The lecture that went with the theme “The riches of Zaire and the change, what benefits,” had as it main addresser the CASA-CE leader, Abel Chivukuvuku.
