Addressing a press conference, Unita’s local secretary, Liberty Marlin Dirceu Samuel Chiyaka, highlighted the non-partisan and responsible attitude adopted by the civic education agents carrying out the work.
“I have seen a good work, mainly the importance they attach to their contact with the voters to avoid mistakes during the voting. They are showing seriousness toward the process and show they are not siding with political parties,” he stressed.
He also highlighted the importance of the electoral civic education agents’ work, saying it allows voting in a favourable environment that enables a free, transparent and conscious vote.
