Lunda Sul: First secretary of the ruling MPLA party, Cândida Narciso

This was said Tuesday in Saurimo, northeastern Lunda Sul province, by the local first secretary of the ruling party, Cândida Narciso.
She was speaking at the ceremony of presentation to the local population of the MPLA governing programme for the 2017-2022 period.
According to Cândida Narciso, MPLA will built more schools, health facilities, valorise the national professionals and improve the living of the ex-combatants.
The creation of policies enabling graduates access to their first jobs, either in the public or private sector, is also another purpose sought by the ruling party in the above mentioned period, should MPLA win the forthcoming 23 August election.
The official also announced improvements in the sector of energy and water in the province, through the expansion of existing distribution systems and construction of dams.
