Angola: Minister Georges Chikoti travels to Libreville

Luanda - The Angolan Foreign Affairs Minister, Georges Rebelo Chikoti, has ledt this Monday morning for Libreville, Gabon, to attend the African Union (AU) meeting on the Central African Republic (CAR).

At Luanda’s “04 de Fevereiro” International Airport, the minister, who did not speak to the press, was bid farewell by senior officials of his ministry.

Angop learnt that after Libreville, Georges Chikoti will travel to Lusaka, where he will attend the ministerial meeting of the Tripartite Mechanism Angola, Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The head of Angolan diplomacy will then leave for Dar-es-Salam, the capital of Tanzania, for the meeting of the SADC Mechanism.
