IECA pastor Tarcísio Tchocombongue was speaking Wednesday in central Huambo province, saying the messages aired by the contesting parties in the first week of the electoral campaign transmitted peace and unity.
The church official told Angop that the messages have been focusing on sensitising the citizens towards the vote and presenting their governing programmes.
He said there are indications that the country will show the world its ability to run election with civility and democracy.
