At a rally in Independence Square, with some 250,000 people coming from the 16 municipalities in the province, he said that if the elections of August 23 were to be won by his party, MPLA should improve electricity production and distribution systems to relaunch Industry and promote development.

João Lourenço pointed out that other bets will be to improve the supply of drinking water to the populations and the basic sanitation of the cities, to combat disease vectors and raise health indicators, as well as investments in health units and qualification of the personnel of the sector.

Among applause, João Lourenço proposes to continue paying special attention to the education sector, increasing the supply of vacancies at all levels, giving the citizen the ability to defend him / herself, his / her family and community, with job facility.
