Bié: Governor favors dialogue with communities
Cuito - The governor of Bié, Álvaro Manuel Boavida Neto, promised on Wednesday in Cuito, for the current mandate to focus more and more on dialogue with communities in order to maintain a closer and effective governance with citizens at all levels.

Boavida Neto made this promise to the local population during the official ceremony of his presentation as governor of the province, stressing that most of Bie's problems are already in his domain.
Betting on dialogue, he continued, will strengthen the concept of community consultation between the committees of residents and the government, but he considers institutional instruments that will allow greater participation of the population in the province's governance.
In his first public communication, Boavida Neto said he was aware of the main areas to intervene. However, he was confident that he was not starting from scratch, since he intends to continue all the projects of the previous term.
