Huambo: Military staff told to raise responsibility levels
Huambo - The personnel of the Military Region Centre (RMC) in central Huambo province have been urged to increase the levels of compliance with tasks to ensure defence of the country, territorial integrity and national sovereignty.

The appeal was made Wednesday by the Army Commander Gen. Gouveia Joao de Sã Miranda.
Gouveia Joao de Sã Miranda said so at the presentation ceremony of the new commander of Military Region Center, Lt. General Dinis Segunda Lucamba, recently appointed for the post.
In his speech, the general defended the need to keep raising the levels of patriotic responsibility and compliance with the Constitution, military regulations, orders and indications for the guarantee of peace.
He stressed the importance of more discipline and spirit of fulfillment of FAA mission.
The general praised the readiness of the staff in cooperation with the police during 23 August elections.
The commander of Military Region Centre, Lt. general Dinis Segunda Lucamba, is taking over from the Lt general Eugénio Figueiredo.
Until the date of his appointment, he was commander of the 4ª Division of the Military Region Center in the central province of Bié.
The Military Region Centre comprises the provinces of Huambo, Bié, Benguela and Cuanza Sul.
