Opposition Unita endorses Head of State's concerns
Luanda - The leader of opposition Unita party, Isaías Samakuva, last Friday manifested his satisfaction at the fact that the Angolan Head of State, João Lourenço, keeps referring in his speeches the focus on the fight against corruption in the country.

The president of the country’s largest opposition party spoke to the press after the ceremony of presenting yearend greetings to the Head of State, held in the Presidential Palace, in Luanda.
“We hope that the President of the Republic, with all the goodwill he has shown, will move from words to practice”, Isaías Samakuva defended.
On his turn, the president of the Social Renewal Party (PRS), Benedito Daniel, said that the reforms being implemented by the head of the Angolan Executive “Correspond to the concerns of Angolans”.
He said the initiative of fight against corruption and implement reforms that promote good governance is commendable, however, the country is waiting for results.
On the occasion, the Head of State wished a good 2018 for the country, a new year of prosperity and happiness for the Angolan citizens and families.
The ceremony ended up with a music show enlivened by different Angolan singers.
