President reaffirms commitment to teachers' training

Moçâmedes - Angolan President, João Lourenço, reaffirmed Thursday the government's commitment to training cadres, mainly teachers as builders of the future generations' personality.

The Head of State reaffirmed the commitment while addressing the opening of the 2018 School Term held in Moçamedes City, south-western Namibe Province.

On the occasion, João Lourenço underlined that when teachers are well trained, treated with dignity and paid in a fair manner they are in a better condition to convey the knowledge to students. 

The president also emphasised that it is necessary to have teachers work with dignity and essential to provide the necessary means for them to be able to regularly update their knowledge.
