Carlos Fonseca appointed new ambassador to Portugal

Luanda - Angolan head of State João Lourenço Wednesday appointed Carlos Alberto Saraiva de Carvalho Fonseca to the position of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Angola to Portugal.
