Cabinda prepares District Courts in Buco-zau and Belize

Cabinda - The municipal offices of Buco-zau and Belize, in the province of Cabinda, are preparing to have, in the short term, District Court, within the framework of the reform of justice and the law in progress in the country.

To verify the conditions to put in place the District Courts, the president of the Supreme Court (TS), Rui Ferreira, has been since Monday in northern Cabinda to work with the magistrates and judicial officers of the region.

Judge Rui Ferreira has been visiting the different provinces of the country.


The idea is to verify if conditions exist for the implementation of the District Court before 2020, the year of the first municipal elections "in the country.
