Supreme Court acquits Norberto Garcia
Luanda - The former director of the Technical Unit for Private Investment (UTIP), Norberto Garcia, was acquitted on Tuesday by the Supreme Court (TS) of the crimes he had been accused in the case called Thai swindle.
