Head of State appoints new State secretary for Former Combatants
Luanda - The Angolan Head of State, João Lourenço, last Thursday appointed Domingos André Tchikanda to the post of secretary of State for Former Combatants and Veterans of the Homeland.

Clemente Cunjuca exercia o cargo de secretário de Estado dos Antigos Combatentes e Veteranos da Pátria desde 13 de Outubro de 2017.
The newly nominated official replaces Clemente Cunjuca, who was relived from the post due to convenience of service, reads a note issued by the Civil Affairs Office of the Angolan President.
Clemente Cunjuca had been appointed to that post in October 2019.
