    Public Works Ministry presents base lines to improve projects

    Luanda - The regulation of pricing and technical consultancy services, project preparation and execution of contracts and institutional cooperation, the establishment of partnerships with public and private universities, are included in the lines of force to be implemented by the Ministry of Construction and Public Works (MINCOP) presented Monday in Luanda.
