The official has made this announcement recently during an inspection trip that served to check the current state of the national roads at the country’s centre-south region. The Construction Ministry delegation was headed by the incumbent minister Waldemar Pires Alexandre.

The director of INEA explained that the new bridge has been projected to be similar to a motorway.

He further revealed that gradually the rivers Longa and Queve, in the same section, will equally get new bridges with the modern characteristics.
