The DRC official spoke to the Angolan press after witnessing the formal delivery of this infrastructure by the Angolan Road Fund (FRA) to the Zaire government after receiving 30 days of rehabilitation work.
He added that, similar to what will be done on the Angolan side, his government will also install a scale to control the tonnage of the Lorries that cross this bridge that delimits the two border regions.
Luvo border post is 60 kilometers north of the Mbanza Kongo city.
