Infrastructures impairs sales of houses in satellite cities
Luanda - The Minister of Planning and Housing, Ana Paula de Carvalho, reaffirmed Thursday, in Luanda that the delivery of the satellite cities at the national level depends on the completion of habitable infrastructure.

According to the Cabinet minister, who was speaking to journalists on the sidelines of the sector's governing council, the priority is the completion of the habitability infrastructures in the satellite city to be delivered.
The official stressed that the satellite city of southern Namibe province is the only one with habitable conditions and will soon be commercialized.
Since 2017, work has been carried out to provide the new satellite city in the country with drinking water supply system, electricity, water drainage, green spaces, and street lighting and road structures.

Cuito - The new satellite city of Andulo municipality, comprising 172 apartments, has been completed and ready to receive the first residents, as from December this year.
