The bet was reaffirmed Thursday in Soyo city northern Zaire province, by the Minister and Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic, Frederico Cardoso, who was speaking at the closing session of the First Consultative Council of the Ministry of Territory Planning and Housing , which took place in the locality.
According to the official, the challenges include urban planning, rational land use, mobility, basic sanitation and urban solid waste management.
According to Frederico Cardoso, the issue of social inclusion in urbanization involves the widespread dissemination of the government's intentions and achievements, so that citizens are informed about municipal master plans, land use, land use availability and public / private partnerships.
The State Minister defended on the occasion the need to democratize access to qualified information, which is of public interest, so that people know at the right time what the government intends do in terms of urban development, to avoid shocks that are seen in the occupation of areas that are destined to urban development.
