Administrative Commission penalizes owners of paralyzed construction works
Luanda - The owners of paralyzed works and public spaces that are closed for long periods in the city of Luanda will be penalized by the Administrative Commission of the Luanda City (CACL), as they remove the beauty of the city.

Speaking to the press, after an assessment visit in the urban district of Maianga, the president of CACL, Maria Antónia Nelumba advised the local administrations to contact the contractors and to know the reasons to stop the works and the ways to overcome the situation.
The official also assessed the situation of some road infrastructures in the district as well as some health centers.
