First phase of Caxito integrated infrastructures completed by December
Caxito - The first phase of the integrated infrastructures of the city of Caxito, capital of the province of Bengo, started in May 2017, may end later this year, provincial governor Mara Quiosa announced Tuesday in Caxito.

The central subordination project, budgeted at USD 69 million, is part of the National Development Program and includes the construction and rehabilitation of the road network, potable water supply system, rainwater drainage network, wastewater treatment, public lighting and telecommunications.
At this moment, the technical networks are being launched so that they can be buried and compacted, the construction of the sub-bases and finally the asphalt carpet.
"It is a work that is creating some road traffic constraints, but when it is finished it should bring some urbanity to our city," explained the governor.
To learn more about its progress, the governor visited Tuesday, the works of the Emergency Ward of the General Hospital of Bengo, the water distribution network in Açucareira, the integrated infrastructures of Caxito, primary schools Musseque Cabele and Panguila Velho (commune of Barra do Dande), respectively.
