Balombo - Sixteen new cases of measles were recorded this month, in Balombo Municipality, central Benguela Province, being that two resulted in death, ANGOP has learnt.
According to the head of the health sector, Adriano Cachiembe, the cases were recorded in Hoji-ya-Henda, Chindumbo and Kavitinga wards.
The municipal administrator, Julio da Silva Kwanza Santos, said vaccination campaigns will be held on September 09-13.
