Inauguration of medical simulation lab
Luanda - A medical simulation laboratory was inaugurated Thursday at Faculty of Medicine of Agostinho Neto University to ensure learning and teaching process of the students of this field and health professionals.

Inaugurated by minister for Higher Education, Adão do Nascimento, the infrastructure has six rooms with several manikins and devices to ensure tests in different surgical and medical procedures.
The creation of this laboratory aims to improve the concepts and technical skills of students.
The initiative will facilitate reduce medical malpractice levels and increase the chances of accuracy in various medical and surgical situations.
In his turn, the minister of Health, José Van-Dunem, said that the Medical Simulation Lab will enable students to acquire greater skills.
According to him, both students and professionals will do the jobs with higher quality, reflected in trust and decrease medical mistakes.
