official stresses capacity-building in solving health problems
Luanda - The State secretary for Health, Carlos Alberto Masseca, Monday, in Luanda said that he hopes internal doctors trained in the country can be able to solve health problems facing Angolans and have the competence to work anywhere in the world.

Carlos Alberto Masseca who was speaking at the opening ceremony of a medical training at Multiperfil Clinic, started Monday, said that this course is a clear answer of maturity and age that people embrace as a nation to be able to develop inside the country one set of capabilities for staff training, responding to the Angolan government programs.
To him, the economic development in Angola will only take place if the Angolans have required health conditions, and it is essential that the National Health Service have staff able to meet epidemiological pattern and the need for health of Angolans.
According to him, the Multiperfil Clinic is moving from a strictly care area, to a true school of health, covering all other areas of knowledge in health sciences.
The official informed that currently there are several health facilities where are being held internships: in the military hospital, Multiperfil, in health units of Huambo, Malange, Huíla, Cabinda and Benguela.
