Cunene: ADPP runs seminar on HIV / AIDS prevention

Ondjiva - A training seminar aimed at strengthening HIV / AIDS prevention activities was opened Wednesday in the city of Ondjiva, Cunene province, promoted by the People to People's Aid (ADPP).

The two-day seminar is attended by 30 activists and discusses issues such as sexuality, HIV / Aids contagion, early pregnancy, family planning, and issues related to the humanization of health care.

The representative of ADPP in the event, Américo Sampaio, said that in this way the capacity of assistance and sensitization to the local population about the pandemic is reinforced, since access to information is crucial to avoid spreading the disease.
