Combat against cholera reinforced with more than 20 technicians
Uíge - The fighting against the cholera outbreak ,in the capital of Uíge province, since last December 21, 2017 was reinforced Tuesday, with a team of 25 health technicians from Luanda.

Technicians from the Ministries of Environmental and of the Energy and Water are also part of the team of doctors to fight the epidemics, introduced to the Government of the Province of Uíge by the Secretary of State for Health hospital sector, Valentim Altino de Chantal Matias.
On the occasion, the Secretary of State defended the need for continuous implementation of basic sanitation facilities to the community and provision of drinking water to combat and prevent the disease, which in more than 100 registered cases, caused six deaths.
During his stay in Uíge for few hours, the official held separate meetings with the provincial Governor, MPinda Simão, with the health team and visited the cholera treatment center.
