Minister highlights health professionals commitment

Luanda - Angola’s Health minister Sílvia Lutucuta Monday praised the competence, commitment, responsibility, dedication and love showed by health professionals in caring for the patients.

Health minister pays visit to some Luanda-based health facilities

The recognition is contained in a press release, ahead of celebration of the World Day of the Sick.

The minister expressed her solidarity with those committed to the well-being of citizens in different tasks of the health structures throughout the country, as well as their appreciation to all patients.

In the message, Sílvia Lutucuta also thanks and encourages all those involved in the transport and care of the patients.

She also praised those working in the field of awareness and prevention of diseases and those who provide blood donations, a special field where the presence expresses a sign of love.

"The date marks another example of our determination and willingness to win. As a ministry, we must carry this force to other areas in order to build an Angola with less sick people, better health and better life for all," reads the document .
