Angola's assistance to the Cyclone victims includes medical care and lectures on health promotion.

Emergency measures are being taken to contain cholera and other endemics, said an Angolan physician, Ntuma Mendes.

Angola is participating in the assistance with a staff of over 100 members, including soldiers and civilians.

Cyclone Idai hit the central region of Mozambique, Malawi and Zimbabwe on March 14, with Mozambican authorities updating for 518 the death toll caused by Cyclone Idai and floods.
