Authorities invest AKZ 13 Million in health care improvement

Chicala-Cholohanga - The authorities of Chicala-Cholohanga municipality, Huambo province, this year will invest 13.9 million Kwanzas to rehabilitate six health facilities to improve the local health system.

The information was advanced today, to ANGOP, by the head of the Health Department in the municipality, João Epalanga Trosso, referring to the health centers of Mbave and Sambo communes, as well as the medical posts of the sectors of Essaque , Boas Águas and Candumbo, as well as the residences of the technicians placed in these areas.

Also included in this lot are the rehabilitation works of the maternal and child center of Sambo commune, to improve the quality of medical and medical care of the population.

João Epalanga Trosso said that, apart from these infrastructures, works are underway to upgrade the municipal health department and the maternal and child center of the municipal village, a process that will be covered all 28 health units built in the locality.
